The SIG-5530 is a remote I/O gateway with four analog input ports and an Ethernet interface. This device allows you to collect data from various analog sensors remotely via Modbus TCP and send it to SCADA systems such as data centers or HMIs. It can also be monitored using Modbus TCP software or apps such as ModMap.
Each analog port can be configured to one of three measurement modes: voltage (0~5V), current (4~20mA), or current (0~20mA). These modes allow integration with many types of sensors.
Analog input ports convert analog signals to 16-bit ADC values (0~65535).
Additionally, analog signals can be configured to convert to 1-bit ADC values (0 and 1). Similar to digital input signals, 1-bit ADC values can implement two states (e.g., hot/cold, dry/humid, good/bad). In this case, when analog sensor trigger conditions are met, you can use the Internet Switch function to control relays on other equipment.
The device supports up to four simultaneous connections, allowing HMIs, software, and apps to monitor concurrently.
