Now I've measured between N and C: When there is no current on the CSW-B85 board then the resistance between N and C is 3.2 Ohm, when the module is powered on, then the resistance is 35 Ohm. So there is still a connection.
The only connection I've left to the board is a 5V power supply.
Could it be that a transistor or something is broken?
