Good day and thank you for the support.
Firmware V. 1.3b
ezVSP (installed on Win10) V. 4.1E
ezVSP (Installed on Win2003 server) V2.3b

The configuration of ezVSP (win10) is attached (settings.vsp)
The ezConfiguration is attached (backup_exConfig.ezc).

The screenshot with the three connection status are attached.

About the telnet it seems like not working, I use Telnet command to the converter IP on port 1470 but it refuses the connection.
