Pulse output generally means that the level of output signals is toggled every certain time interval.
In detail, output port will be switched to the other state, this state is stayed unchanged in a defined time and returned to the previous status straightaway.

If you want to use the Pulse output,
you can control it on the ModMap or Remio.

But when you want to control it on the web page,
you need to develop the code.

The standard unit is millisecond.
