We would like to ask if you can succeed entering other AT commands (the return message is OK)?

In case other commands worked fine, and the problem still occurs, can we establish a remote access connection, such as via TeamViewer?
By this way, we can check this problem in more detail.
If possible, could you please set up a schedule and send your credentials (ID and password) to us via email support@eztcp.com.
Our working time is from 9:00 to 18:00 in UTC+9 Time zone.
