This is Sollae systems support team.


1. Serial Rx buffer size : 2048
Serial Tx buffer size : 4096


2. When you use UART RTS, RTS is LOW("0") Active signal.
It means that if CSE-M53N doesn'st use RTS/CTS, RTS signal should keep HIGH("1"), on the other hands when CSE-M53N use RTS/CTS, it might be LOW("0") Please refer to attached file.


3. CTS is Input pin. "RTS" stands for Request to Send and "CTS" stand for Clear to Send.
Before receiving data from user device, CSE-M53N sends LOW signal to user device(CTS).
This process is to let the user device know that the module is ready to receive data.

[cse-m53n] <----------------DATA-------------[user device]
RTS(pin#8) ----------------LOW--------------> CTS



In this case, Before sending data to user device, User device sends signal to CSE-M53N
[cse-m53n] -----------------DATA------------> [user device]
CTS(pin#7) <---------------serial----------- RTS
