For your first requirement (1 RS232 and 1 output port), among our products, CIE-H14 is the best choice.

For your second requirement (SSL for security), we do not have remote I/O devices which support SSL because of the hardware limitation.

However, If you are familiar with programming (PHP language), We have the programmable devices which meet all your requirements.

You can use PHPoC programming language to realize your desire.
