Dear Renard, Thank you for using our products. CSE-H21 is working in RS232, but not TTL mode. Please make sure that the RS-232 configurations (Baud rate, Parity, Data bits, Stop bit, Flow Control) of CSE-H21 and DCX2496 are the same.
