No. 1512 Re: CSE-H55N2 Client - server configuration BACnet MS/TP 2017-08-31

Hello Ferry,

Thank you for using our products.

In order to find out the reason, we would like to ask some additional information.

1. Could you please describe more detail about your network topology (for example, PC <-> internet <-> CSE-H55N2 <-> BACnet MS/TP device ....)?
2. Could you please tell us how you detect that connection is lost ?
3. Could you please send us the configuration files of both CSE-H55N2 device (on ezManager software, go to "Advanced Menu" -> Export Variables -> save file and send us)

Thank you,

Best regards,
