You can refer to the steps below to set up your working scheme: Step 1: Set up IP setting on your CSW-H85N - Connect CSW-H85N to your wireless network (as you already did) - Connect CSW-H85N with ezManager to set up CSW-H85N's network setting. In case you set a static IP address, make sure the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway are set properly. Step 2: Connect CSW-H85N to your tracer via serial interface: - Choose the right serial cable and connect CSW-H85N with your tracer. - Set up parameters for serial connection on ezManager. Make sure all the serial parameters (Serial type, baud rate, etc.) on your CSW-H85N are the same as your tracer. FLOW: Tracer <--> Serial interface <--> CSW-H85N Step 3: Connect CSW-H85N to your PC wirelessly via network: Open your software on your PC that you want to use to connect with CSW-H85N and get the data. From here, the configuration may be different based on how your software exchange data (via TCP/IP or serial). So, please follow either case A or case B below. - Case A: If the software can exchange data via TCP/IP, then you just need to set up the TCP/IP connection between your software and your CSW-H85N. For example, if you set your software to work as a TCP server, then you need to set CSW-H85N to work as a TCP client. In that case, on ezManager, you will need to set the Communication mode of CSW-H85N as TCP client, and Peer address is the IP address of your PC, etc. FLOW: Tracer <--> Serial interface <--> CSW-H85N <--> TCP/IP interface <--> Your PC's software - Case B: If the software can only exchange data via serial, then an additional step is needed. You may need to install and use ezVSP, a free-of-charge software provided by Sollae Systems. It works as an intermediate software to convert data between TCP/IP interface and (virtual) serial interface.
