In the COM Port panel, the available plugged-in COM ports of your PC should be listed.
There are no COM ports shown in ezManager Search panel, so we suspect that there are some problems when you connect CSW-H85N to your PC via serial port.
And because you can not connect CSW-H85N to your PC via serial port, you will get an error while trying Simple Test.


A serial to USB converter cable is needed to connect CSW-H85N to your PC via serial port.
So please make sure your serial to USB cable still works well.
After plugging-in the serial to USB converter cable to your PC, please check if there are any COM ports recognized by your PC.
On Windows, you can go to Start Menu --> Device Manager --> Ports(COM & LPT), and see if there is any COM port.

In case the plugged-in COM port of CSW-H85N is not shown, it is likely that your cable is broken.
To verify it, you may try to use your cable on other PCs.
If it also can not be recognized by other PCs, then probably it is broken, and you may need to change your cable.

If it works well on other PCs, and you can connect to CSW-H85N successfully via serial port, then it is likely a driver issue on your current-working PC.
In that case, please try to reinstall the driver for the serial to USB converter cable on your PC.
