We would like to ask for more information regarding your inquiry.

To make sure that we can fully understand your problem, could you please let us know how exactly did the issue happen?
You can not connect to CSW-H85N via ezManager?
Or you connected and set up CSW-H85N's parameters successfully, and then some problems happened?

If you can connect to CSW-H85N via ezManager, could you please take a screenshot of CSW-H85N's setting parameters and send us?

To connect CSW-H85N to ezManager, you can follow the steps below:

+ Enter Serial Configuration mode by pressing Function button on the side of your CSW-H85N for less than 1 second
If you successfully enter Serial Configuration mode, all the front LEDs except PWR LED will be blinking.

+ On ezManager window, open the right COM port, and Read the parameters from CSW-H85N.
Then, please take the screenshots of your CSW-H85N's setting and send us.
If possible, please also send us the screenshot of Simple Test window that you encountered the issue.

And also, please check with this checklist to see if there is any problem with your network or serial configuration.
