No. 1681 Re: Mac conflict on CSW-H85N 2019-07-10

Dear Denis ,

Thank you for choosing our products.

We would like to answer your inquiry.

Based on the log, the device has been powered on and worked for 16 hours, 8 minutes and 19 seconds.
During that time, there is only one packet that has duplicated MAC.

Normally, if there are two devices that use the same MAC address in the same local network, there should be a large number of duplicated packets. So, there is probably another reason other than the duplication of MAC address.

To find out the exact reason, we would like to ask for more information:
- Does that device work well in the simple test? (Refer to page 24, 25, 26 of CSW-H85N User Manual)
- Can you ping successfully to that device?
- Which version of ezManager are you using?
- Could you please send us the screenshot that shows the error message via email support@eztcp.com

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Best Regards,
