Regarding your inquiry, since the issue only happens when running on battery, it is likely that the issue is related to energy-saving settings.
Could you please check if Battery Saver Mode is enabled, then disable it and test again?

In the issue still happens, could you please let us know the detailed version information of Windows OS and ezVSP you are using?
