I am sorry for the problem you have been going through.
Even regarding your e-mail, I can’t find any reason of the trouble.
I think you could be faced with the circumstance every times. Is this right?
I suggest that you had better get upgrade F/W on your devices.
The latest F/W version of EZL-50L is 1.2A.
Some functions have been added and bugs have fixed.
I linked the F/W file and newest version of Hotflash, the TFTP Client program for downloading F/W.
Please let me know if you can’t progress the download work.
