No. 510 Re: CIE-10 and Serial RS232 2009-05-28

Dear,

I'sm sorry, but I didn'st understand you system.

Can you explain that in detail?

If you use the CIE-H10 as a serial device server, the system will be formed like this

[Serial Device]-----(RS232)-----[CIE-H10]-----(LAN)------[ezVSP in PC)]

In this system, a Port of ezVSP and CIE-H10 has to be connected on TCP/IP.
That means if the CIE-H10 is being operated as client (COD mode), ezVSP should be a TCP server.
And the peer port of CIE-H10 should be set to your PC'ss IP address. The ezManager let you do that.

In addition, the serial port parameters (baud rate, stop bit, data bit and parity bit) which are shown on ezVSP depend on your terminal program. Please check the status of you program.

Let me know if you can'st carry on or understand anything in above.

And here is download links of newest version of ezVSP and ezManager. Try to use those programs.
ezVSP_3.2A
ezManager_3.1E

Thank you.

Best Regards,
