This is a technical support team of Sollae Systems.

CIE-H10 hasn't a JP28.

I think you mean the JP20.

JP20 is not for reset. I don't know what made you open case of CIE-H10.

To rest the ENV, Just click a [factory reset] button on ezManager.

User doesn't need to open the case to use.

It is for easing the all. That means CIE-H10 can't use it without a boot and a firmware.
