Hello. This is technical support team of Sollae Systems. Considering situation which you mentioned, I think the TCP connection had chance to be not established. To make sure of it, could you send us the setting of those products? You can save the setting as a file with ezConfig. [Export Variables] button on ezConfig functions the job. If both products are in the same situation, both setting files are needed. Thank you, in advance.
