Hello.

We don't have another application diagram.
However, I can explain usages of those pinse.

1. The ISP- pin is for changing operation mode of CSE-M53 under special cercumstances. (refer to the manual). There are three operation modes (Normal, Serial Configuration and ISP) so, please look the features of each mode up on the manual.

The pin direction is input and it is basically pulled up. So, you can switch the mode to another by pulling down this pin.

2. The TCP pin is for indicating the TCP connection. When CSE-M53 is connected with remote host over TCP, the pin output voltage. Of course the direction is output, and its level is the same with other indicators (output pins).
