Hello. Please check if EZL-60 and your PC are the same subnet or not. To communicate over the TCP/IP, hosts should be the same network. For example, if EZL-60's IP address [is 10.1.0.1/255.0.0.0], your PC is needed to be set to [10.1.0.2/255.0.0.0]. After then, all the work including PING test and firmware upgrade will be available.
