Hi. If you used one of the old versions (2.3 or lower versions than 2.3), the problem has chance to be caused. Only 3.0 or higher version than 3.0 supports Windows 7 officially. You can download the installation file and manual on the below page. ezVSP In case you use 64 bit O/S, you should disable driver signature enforcement when booting up your system.
