Hi, I've just received the CSE-H53. First, i doesn't work at 100 Mbps, no link led on the adpater side on the port switch side i have the led. I tried on a 100 Mbps unmanaged switch. So i try it on my backbone 10/100/1000 managed switch. Same result, the led on the port is lighted. So i check on my switch to see the status of the port, i see that the port is at 100 Mbps negotiated speed, but on the counters i see to many unicast packet for the time interval(billion of unicast !!!). I try then to force the port speed at 100/full Mbps, same result. Then, i try to force at 10 Mbps/full and i thought that was the solution. The led link was lighted but no connection with ezmanager (arp, ip or serial) The pc as 10.1.0.2 as address, i've got an arp resolving for the adapter but it disapear, i tried to force it (arp -s) but no way. I tried the serial communication but with no luck too !!! I have to push the isp switch for more than 1 second to get all Led blinking !!! So i want to understand what are the transmited packet. With wireshark, i only see gratuitous ARP from the CSE-H53, that's it !! No response to ping. I tried then to connect it directly to the PC with crossover cable. I have to force the speed to 10Mbps too on the PC to get the Led Link. Same result with ezmanager, no ip or arp or serail connection.
