Hello. This is a technical support team of Sollae Systems. When you did the simple test with PC, There is not have any problem to trasmit data from LAN to Serial. (Can you see the result(0~7) of no. 11~12 (not no.10) of Figure 2-7 ?) But when you try to do again with your serial device, it doesn't work. Does it mean it works well with PC and doesn't work with your serial device? If it is right, problem is a serial cabling. (TX - RX) (RX - TX) (GND - GND) Please check it. And hardware manager will come back tomorrow. So After he come back, I will tell you about your CCT. Have a good day.
