Answer 1:
Unfortunately you can set 5~8 databit, So you can not set 9.

Answer 2:
It is able to set hardware parameters via UDP protocol through your program.
But it has to use a library of ezManager when you make your program.
Because it is packed with our technical solution (ex: encoding and decoding).
So you can not support it. I am sorry about that.
