Hello. This is a technical support team of Sollae Systems. CSW-H80 we developed only sends raw data from serial to Ethernet. So, it doesn't know what serial errors appear. When your serial device sends to LAN, you confirm data from serial on your application. And also you can click [status] button and then see only serial count on ezManager. But you can check serial port of CSW-H80 with loop back test (TX, RX pin short each other). If you have any other question, contact us again.
