Thank you for the inquiry.
With CIE-H10, you can control via web (HTML) or any software/app that supports Modbus protocol.
Currently, our remote I/O gateway devices cannot be controlled by using SMSs.

For your information, it may be possible to implement your project with the help of third-party services like IFTTT, and by using our programmable product, PHPoC boards.
However, unlike CIE-H10 that you only need to configure the device, for PHPoC boards you will need to do the programming to make it work.
There are many documents and example projects about PHPoC you can refer to.
