Hello. This is Jack Kim at technical support team. I'm sorry to hear that you failed to upgrading firmware. The message "downloading has failed [Timeout]." from ezManager is shown when ezManager can't find a target product from network or a target product doesn't respond to upgrading requests. So, could you check the status of CSE-H53 again, please? It should be in ISP mode for changing it's firmware. When it is in ISP, it's all LED is going OFF except PWR LED.
