Hello Andreas This is Andy Lee with Support Team. I checked your request for access to same VSP from all windows user accounts. Here is the tip for your request. When VSP is created on specific account(admin), it is handled a physical port at another account. ezVSP has an option "Use Physical Port". This option allows user to use a physical serial port for ezVSP. You can find the check box near the drop down list of Virtual Port. Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.
