Hi. This is technical support team of Sollae Systems. I am sorry but additional checking operations of the STS (status) and LINK LED is required. If the LINK LED is on, assigning IP address might be failed. In this case, the STS LED will flash 4 times at once. If the 50L’s LINK LED is off and the module works fine with other network devices, please check the settings of Router’s port. EZL-50L supports 10Mbit (Half Duplex) Ethernet so check if the port is set with another link speed or mode. If the 50L’s LINK LED is off and the module does not work with any other devices, it might need repair.
