I am sorry to make you feel confused.
Actually, the orange system LED operation is not relevant to connected or not of the LAN cable.
I was try to tell you about the green system LED. When EZL-70 is connecting with Ethernet, the green system LED should be ON.

You can check the detailed operation of these LED at manual page 13.
Would you like to explain more precisely of 6 units compared with the manual.
