Hello. This is a technical support of Sollae Systems. In the client mode, CSE-H20 tries to connect to the server every 5 seconds when it receivese data from its serial port over than the [Event Bytes]. Can you connect to the server from the other host(eg, your PC) while the CSE-H20 can't connect to the server? Try turn the CSE-H20 off and on when it can't connect to the server and please let me know the result. Have a nice day.
