To avoid misunderstanding, we would like to clarify your issue.
By mentioning "Simple Test", are you referring to the "Simple Test" function on ezManager?
That means you can still access CSE-M73A via ezManager?

Could you please let us know which step CSE-M73A failed in your application?
If you can access the CSE-M73A from ezManager, could you please take screenshots of all settings windows and send us via our email at support@eztcp.com? Also, please help us to click the Status button on ezManager and take a screenshot while you are doing the test with CSE-M73A.

Anyway, with the given information about LED status, there may be an issue with the IP configuration on your network.
Please double-check if there are any IP conflicts in your local network, and verify if your router is working well.
If possible, you may try to set the CSE-M73A to Obtain an IP Automatically instead of assigning a static IP address, and check if it works.

I am still unable to communicate with the CSE-M73A. I followed troubleshooting and no luck. The Manual says that the blinking orange is " Obtaining an IP address" I cant get that to change. But I can use the simple test and the green light will flash at random . seems like it cannot transmit out

We are replacing EZL-70 A which failed with CSE-M73A.it is being used on rs232 serial port daughter board While using the ezManager application we were able to change the IP to 192.16.104.60. Shortly after we powered the system down and brought it back up, we could no longer connect to the CSE-M73A. We have the red power led on D5, and we get steady flashing amber(1 second interval) light and random green flashing on Rj45 port. I am not able to get a response when I ping ( firewall completely down), but when I use arp -a the ip address and correct mac address show up.

How can I correct this issue or factory reset the card?
