No. 1888 Re: Re: lost connection to CSE-M73A 2023-06-07

Thank you for the response.
I am still unable to communicate with the CSE-M73A. I followed troubleshooting and no luck. The Manual says that the blinking orange is " Obtaining an IP address" I cant get that to change. But I can use the simple test and the green light will flash at random . seems like it cannot transmit out
any help wpould be appreciated .

Thank you for reaching us.

As we understand, your CSE-M73A failed in MAC Address Search from ezManager.
We recommend you follow the below FAQ to troubleshoot the issue:
https://www.eztcp.com/en/support/view?page=1&cid=286
Please check and revoke Access Restriction on CSE-M73A if you set it.
More information can be found in the checklist above.

You can also refer to page 12, CSE-M73A User Manual about the LEDs status:
https://www.eztcp.com/en/download/pds_files/csem73aen.pdf
Make sure your LAN cable is connected stably.

Best Regards,

> Hello,
We are replacing EZL-70 A which failed with CSE-M73A.it is being used on rs232 serial port daughter board While using the ezManager application we were able to change the IP to 192.16.104.60. Shortly after we powered the system down and brought it back up, we could no longer connect to the CSE-M73A. We have the red power led on D5, and we get steady flashing amber(1 second interval) light and random green flashing on Rj45 port. I am not able to get a response when I ping ( firewall completely down), but when I use arp -a the ip address and correct mac address show up.

How can I correct this issue or factory reset the card?

Thank you
