To establish correlation between the Digital Input SIG-5440 and Digital Output SIG-5450, we recommend using the "Internet Switch" feature available with SIG-5xx0 series. This feature allows the transfer of input information through the TCP/IP network, enabling the activation of the correlated output. In this operational mode, the devices establish direct interaction, and you will not need to use ModMap. Here are the steps to configure your devices: Step 1) Connect SIG-5440 and SIG-5450 using spFinder. Step 2) Enable the "Multiple Connection" option on both devices. Step 3) Configure the devices with the following sample parameters: Model |SIG-5440 | SIG-5450 IP Address |192.168.0.40 | 192.168.0.50 Modbus Type |Slave | Master Connection Mode |TCP Server | TCP Client Peer Address |- | 192.168.0.40 Port |502 | 502 Note that, the above IP addresses are just for demonstration.
