Dear Customer, Thank you for the inquiry. To enter ISP mode on CSE-H53N, you can press the Function button longer than 1 second. When the device is in ISP mode, the PWR LED should be On and the STS LED should be Off. Also, please make sure the power supply to CSE-H53N is stable.
