Dear Richard, Thank you for the information. ezVSP is developed using Eltima's ActiveX Controls. As we checked, it may still require to have a GUI, and not support to run as a service. It would be great if you can let us know the Eltima product that can work as a service as you mentioned. That could be a useful reference for us. By the way, could you also describe more about the customized service you are making? Does it run side by side with ezVSP, or without ezVSP running? We just want to make sure we fully understand the customer applications. Thank you very much.
