Dear Daniel,

Thank you for choosing our product.
We are sorry for the late reply. We just came back after a long holiday in Korea.

Normally, when being disconnected, CSW-B85 will automatically try to connect to any Wi-Fi network within its signal cover range, using its saved credentials (SSID and password).
We would like to make sure if your CSW-B85 is disconnected from the Wi-Fi network, or it is due to the TCP connection issue in your situation.

What is the LINK led color of your CSW-B85 when the issue happened? Is it still green?
You can refer to CSW-B85 User Manual, page 11, https://www.eztcp.com/en/download/pds_files/cswb85en.pdf
One possible reason for the issue is that the CSW-B85 is set to TCP Server mode, and the TCP connection is suddenly lost due to network issues, etc..
In that case, CSW-B85 will not reconnect with the TCP client immediately because it only allows reconnection after the TCP timeout period.

Also, if you use an external antenna, please check the hardware component and make sure it works fine.

Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
