Thank you for detail information.

We checked your configuration on both devices and there is nothing wrong with these configurations. There are some possible reasons which make your system work unstably.
1. IP address is conflicted with IP of another device.
2. Power source us unstable and it could make CSE-H55N2 reset and then the connection will be lost and re-established.
3. Ethernet cable is unstable, it could make the connection lost

Could you please check these above reasons?
