Dear Johan,

Thank you for your information.
However, we still need more information of your working scheme to make it clear about your issue.

It is clear that you can connect your PC with CSE-H21 via ezManager for configuration.
However, it is still unclear for us that how your PC connected to CSE-H21 in the working scheme.
Could you please let us know how exactly did CSE-H21 connect to your PC in that case?

We suppose that you are trying to connect CSE-H21 to the same software that you previously used to connect your PC to your PLC.
(As mentioned in our previous reply https://www.eztcp.com/en/support/qna_view.php?bbs_id=3&page=1&cid=161)
Is it correct? If so, how did you configure your software to connect it to CSE-H21?

If your software has TCP/IP interface to connect to CSE-H21, you can configure the connection interface on your software with the IP and port number of CSE-H21 device.
If it only has serial interface to connect to CSE-H21, you need to use ezVSP.

And please make sure the serial interface between your PLC and your CSE-H21 is properly set on your PLC.

Maybe we can establish a remote support session via TeamViewer for further analysis?
Thank you very much for your understanding.
Best Regards,
