We would like to answer regarding your inquiry.
[Apply to ezManager] is an additional option in ezTCP firewall setting.
If this option is enabled, any devices without configuration at [Allowed MAC Address] or [Allowed IP Range] cannot search and access the ezTCP device through ezManager.
If your PC's IP address is not set as allowed, then you can not access CIE-H10 via ezManager.
Note that if [Allowed MAC Address] is checked, then your PC's MAC address also needs to be correctly set in order to access CIE-H10 via ezManager.
In your case, could you please send us the ezTCP Firewall setting on your CIE-H10?
And could you please let us know the IP address of your PC?
