You may use RS232 or RS422 interface of two EZL-200F to connect those devices serially. You can additionally use DSU modem, cable line, or wireless modem for an extension of serial connection. After connecting two devices with serial interface, the two units of EZL-200F work as router between two different networks.

SSLR function is very useful when there is sudden break in existing optical fiber cable. Also when there is a need for connecting two Ethernet network that is set up by two different cable modem, SSLR is perfect solution. In this situation, we can call EZL-200F as a gateway or a router. Important point to know is that EZL-200F only performs as a router, but its TCP connection or TCP communication is unable in this case.
