If we understand it rightly, the working scenario would be: Motor <-Serial(RS232)-> CSW-H85N <-Wi-Fi-> ezVSP (installed on your laptop) <-> Motor control software (installed on your laptop) We would like to confirm that you are having a problem with the Wi-Fi connection from your laptop to your CSW-H85N. Does it require Wi-Fi reconnection when you start connecting the laptop to the CSW-H85N? Does this issue happen sometimes, or frequently? For testing, we suggest you clear all the physical obstructions between your CSW-H85N to your laptop, keep the distance short, and see if the issue is still there. We do not find anything wrong with the settings you sent. Could you please describe the system LED status when the issue occurs? You can refer to page 12, CSW-H85N User Manual, for more information about LED indicators: https://www.eztcp.com/en/download/pds_files/cswh85nen.pdf Also, make sure you provide a stable power supply to CSW-H85N. If possible, could you please try to use Infrastructure Mode for the Wi-Fi connection (see page 14, CSW-H85N User Manual), and see if the issue still happens? Thank you for your understanding.
