Dear Hermann Linemayr. We would like to provide an updated response as follows: - AT commands are NOT accessible via TCP connection. They are only accessible via the Serial interface when the device is in the AT Command (ATC) Mode. - There is indeed an AT command to reboot the device via the Serial interface when the device is in the AT Command (ATC) Mode. The command is "at+prst".
